🏷️ What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on Miss Soraya are displayed in GBP (£). We are a UK-based brand, and all transactions are securely processed in British Pounds.
📦 I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Thank you for your order! Please allow 4–7 business days for processing and packaging.
Shipping time may vary, but most orders arrive within 15–21 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided 3–5 days after your order is shipped.

💔 I'm not in love with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on damaged or defective items.
You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back, your refund will be processed.
Please include your full name and order number in the return package.

❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.
If it has already shipped, please wait for the item to arrive and then use our return process for a refund.
📍 I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you realise there’s a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at dina@dinaspropertysolutions.com.
We can only correct addresses within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the incorrect address was not updated in time.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Since we ship directly from our international suppliers (mainly in the USA), shipping usually takes between 15–25 business days.
This allows us to bring you premium-quality products with careful attention to packaging and delivery.
